Office Administrator - Part-time 3 month fixed term contract


Job Description

Reporting to the Director - Corporate Services, this role will undertake various duties and responsibilities involved in maintaining the MedHealth office on a day to day basis, front of house customer service and supporting the Executive team administratively 25 hours per week with a view to go permanent Full Time.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the reception activities including answering and directing incoming calls and greeting and assisting visitors
  • Timely processing of invoices and expenses
  • Managing the events/celebrations calendar
  • Credit card and bank accounts reconciliation
  • Timely processing of invoices and expenses
  • Onboarding administration including issuing security passes and keys
  • Office maintenance and general housekeeping, including organising couriers, deliveries, managing contractors and office maintenance schedules
  • Sorting/distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order stationery, office essentials, weekly grocery orders for snacks/drinks and kitchen area
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • An outgoing, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in office coordination
  • High attention to detail and be technically savvy
  • Demonstrated experienced with Microsoft suite of products
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills
  • Experience with maintenance and operational readiness of office facilities
