Are you an experienced Office Manager/PA looking for an exciting new role? Do you love being the go to for everything and not precious about the duties you are required to complete? And want to work for a small but really lovely bunch of people? 

As the only Administrator in the office this role is all-encompassing so requires someone flexible, adaptable and someone who doesn't mind what they are required to do. 

Duties will include: 

  • Full office management including stationery orders, kitchen upkeep and reception duties (such as answering the phone and setting up meeting rooms)
  • ATO and ASIC lodgements and correspondence 
  • PA duties to the Director 
  • Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis 
  • Accounts assistance 
  • General administration 
  • Ad hoc duties as required 
Due to the industry and nature of the business we do require someone with previous industry experience to understand the lingo and nuances of duties required within this role. We are also looking for someone who goes over and above their job description and doesn't mind doing the little things that make a difference.
