Job Description

Job Scope

• Corporate own IT equipment, desk phone/conference phone, corporate applications and collaboration tools for all users

• Unified communication: Audio/Video conferencing, Webinar/Webcast

• Mobile/Handheld devices including but not limited to (iOS, Android, Handheld scanner, Barcode reader)

• Corporate meetings and onsite/offsite events

• Network/IT equipment connectivity

• Local support for network/server/power outage/maintenance for all sites where required

• Label printers, Specialized tablets/workstations in lab/manufacturing plant area

• IT Project(s)

• Office relocation/renovation/new set up

• IT support tickets (Create to Complete)

• IT Inventory (Deployment to Disposal)

• IT Vendor onsite activities

• IT Purchase Quotation requests and receipt of purchase

• IT Rooms

• Any other ad-hoc IT duties

Job Requirements

• IT Diploma or equivalent

• At least 3-year experience in IT Desk Side Support

• Able to connect with and manage suppliers

• Able to learn and acquire complex troubleshooting skills (integration problem, eg. AV-UC)

• Ability to provide appropriate guidance and training to junior staff/team members

• Ability to perform assigned task and job prioritization/delegation

• Capable of project coordination and execution to assist Team/Country leader in overseeing/participating in IT Projects

• Equip with Strong technical analytic/troubleshooting skills

• Familiar with procurement process

• Network experience is preferred, essential for manufacturing plant support

• Possess knowledge in service delivery, operations and support (eg. ITIL experienced) and provide feedback/enhancement to current process

• Strong end user engagement and able to manage challenging end user requests

• Review deliverables by junior staff or team members and highlight to team/country leader on variance/high compliance

• Team Player

• Eager to learn

• Good communication skills and technical analytic/troubleshooting skills

• Ability to maintain good relationship with users

• Familiar and comply with Incidence & problem management (relative to sites) / Post-mortem
