 Job purpose

The “Design Your Own Office” Coordinator will facilitate end-to-end custom furniture and design orders from order validation, order submission, coordination of delivery, and confirmation of completion.  The Coordinator will strive to ensure a Great Day at Work is achieved for both our team members and customers.

  • Monitor the DYO mailbox for new orders and queries of existing orders
  • Determine availability of inventory to fulfil orders
  • Process and coordinate the order with the 3rd party logistics partner
  • Communicate with centre team and 3rd party to coordinate effective and efficient delivery
  • Ensure confirmation of delivery and installation of order
  • Respond to enquiries from the centre teams to the DYO mailbox
  • Liaise with 3rd party to respond to centre queries as needed
  • Escalate requests for exceptions to the process, or process delay to direct line management.

Position Requirements

  • Knowledgeable on best practice of IWG operating processes and operations support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and business updates.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Experience of building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.
