Part Time Secretary


Job Description

Our client is a well renowned Property Group with stunning offices in the heart of the Sydney CBD. They are looking to bring on a part time secretary to work closely with their legal department on a temp ongoing basis. Working days will be Tuesday & Thursday 9am-5.30pm. 

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and preparing documents, correspondence and lodging
  • Diary & email management
  • File management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Other administrative duties as required by the manager
 About you:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Resilient, mature and calm under pressure
  • Microsoft package knowledge
  • The ability to meet deadlines, multitask and be proactive within a high-pressure environment
