Job Description

The Payroll Technical and Data Management Manager will provide technology solution design, delivery and systems and data integrity support of JLL’s America’s region payroll and time platforms and related interfaces with the goal of driving payroll excellence and supporting the requirements of JLLs various business lines.


What this job involves:


This role is responsible for providing data, analysis and technical systems strategy, design and support for JLL’s America’s Region payroll and time platforms and interfaces supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams and involves:


Coordinates system process and support across the business to ensure compliant and accurate pay in support of HR / Payroll operational teams and business lines.

Acts as primary point of contact for payroll technical support with external payroll vendor, internal payroll IT support teams, and business payroll stakeholders.

Ensures JLL’s payroll, HR, and benefits data and processes integrate successfully across platforms and organizations 

Supports change management, security and controls, and provision of services and solutions to payroll and time management processes.

Supports payroll technical project management including development of project scope, risk and resources, and solving technical problems and provide support to operational teams.

Guides and maintains payroll technical strategy with company’s business units and suppliers support payroll systems scope and objectives.

Supports operational reporting and analysis of pay data (ADP Global View, ADP eTime and other identified systems/data sources, i.e. Workday, Equifax, Finance, Benefits, etc.).

Conducts process support reviews to identify how data is used, reacted to and impacts processes.

Develops audits to validate data and identify data inconsistencies, errors, etc.

Manages resolution of errors in systems and interfaces.Identifies and drives implementation of cross functional process improvements to reduce and eliminate errors.

Supports analysis, changes and testing of integrations and data feeds (internal and external).

Supports implementation, configuration and optimization efforts across payroll and time management systems.

Support JLL’s Global initiatives to standardize payroll systems and processes as required.

5-7 years’ proven payroll technical system support for leading large multi-national or global payroll function or equivalent experience.

Proven implementation and delivery of a “service excellence” model/approach.

Proven ability to provide technical guidance and tools to support operational needs across various disciplines.

Proven experience with HR CRM (Workday), ADP (Payroll and Time Management) and Finance systems, and integration support.  

Strong knowledge of JLL’s systems and processes.

Strong vendor management experience.  

Proven experience with new system, vendor and operating model implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology preferred; and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
