We are currently searching for a People Excellence Coach based in Sydney to assist with coordinating and implementing training, assessment and development programs for our team members and new business partners. This role will also be responsible for executing on Quality and Performance reviews in our NSW/ACT T-breweries, assessing operational standards, safety, hygiene and customer service against our company benchmarks. This role will champion both strategic and operational People Excellence initiatives by partnering with the business to ignite the Chatime values of real, inclusive, brave and curious.

 To be successful in this role, you will be required to:

  • Prepare training plans and schedules for incoming business partners and their teams
  • Plan and conduct learning and development activities to ensure learning outcomes and competencies are met and capability and compliance are achieved
  • Perform Quality Assurance reviews or 'audits' on T-breweries on the east coast, assessing compliance with our company benchmarks on Operational standards,Hygiene and Safety, as well as customer service and guest experience
  • Assist the operations team with support for new T-Brewery opens
  • Support the operations team with T-Brewery team coaching as needed
  • Monitor, measure and report on trainee progress
  • Some interstate travel will required on an infrequent basis 

About YOU
Reporting to the Head of People Excellence, you will need to have a demonstrated ability and experience in:

• Demonstrating our company values of being REAL, INCLUSIVE, BRAVE and CURIOUS
• Shoulder to shoulder training and assessment in a retail/QSR environment
-Experience in conducting audits or compliance reviews for retail/QSR environment  
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get your hands dirty
• Be passionate about coaching and people development, and have the ability to provide effective feedback
• Demonstrate exceptional people and relationship building skills
• Have the ability to work within company policies including all food handling and safety procedures, WHS and ensure this is promoted across the network
• A drivers licence and car are essential for this role
• Qualified with a Cert IV TAE or Retail qualification a plus, however not essential
