Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Performance Excellence Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Performance Insights Technology Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with all levels of Service Operations and Toyota Financial Services Team Members to implement and maintain performance technologies that drive Customer Service Center Team Member performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role will specifically focus on the integration of various technology systems to improve the flow of information from system to system.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carry out assigned projects and research findings for Performance Insights related to Learning & Development curriculum and trainings, Quality Assurance, and Knowledge Management.

  • Assess needs for new technology and operations business initiatives.

  • Support the design and development of analysis plans and protocols.

  • Assist in analyzing performance technology systems to determine usage trends, opportunities, and complete root cause analysis.

  • Actively keep abreast of developments in performance technologies and provides input on strategic plans for use and expansion of performance technologies.

  • Lead requirement gathering efforts and ensure business needs are captured and met.

  • Manage technology review processes with Performance Excellence groups.

  • Author User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for major, minor, and enhancement releases.

What you bring

  • B.A./B.S. Degree required.

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry).

  • Project Management experience.

  • Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).

Added bonus if you have:

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification.

  • Experience with xAPI.

  • Learning Management System (LMS)/Learning Content Management System (LCMS) experience.
