As an Enterprise IT Business Partner for Procurement, liaison with the Procurement and IT functional leads within the businesses (SBGs) to develop the Procurement application roadmaps
Own the Procurement Application Roadmap that includes what applications will stay/ retire and the timing of introducing, transitioning and retiring various digital capabilities for the Procurement function
Lead the evaluation and recommendation of the right application that will meet the needs of the business while ensuring we continue to introduce standard, Honeywell wide applications
Responsible for Procurement application rationalization and asset decommissioning to realize the savings in an agreed timeframe
Perform cost benefit analysis and develop strong business proposals for justification of the new digital capabilities for Procurement function
Align the Procurement roadmap with the larger Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) road map to ensure the solution are not only connected within Procurement but also across ISC and enterprise roadmaps
Work with the Source COE Tower Leader / Service Owner in the development of Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual program plan (AOP). Work with IT Architecture team during solution evaluation to make sure the proposed solutions are aligned to the architecture standards and guidelines; Influence architecture where needed to provide best of the breed solutions to the business. Work the businesses (SBGs) to put in place a benefit realization framework through which the benefits realization can be demonstrated for all the digital capabilities deployed.
Collaborate with the Compass and SAP COE leaders within Source COE to handoff the approved business cases / projects for an effective deployment
