Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO) is currently seeking an
experienced individual to serve in a Product Owner role to help lead our target
state roadmap and helping guide our agile transformation with technology and
other partners.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to
* Overall product owner responsibility and strategic focus for the core
pillars of the DCBMO (Disputes, Furnishing, Data Usage/Consumption)
* Serves as Application Business Owner for assigned or newly developed
applications/platforms, including ensuring compliance with all
information security guidelines
* Help lead business process mapping and reviews for assigned areas in
order to help define to-be' technology and process needs
* Articulates product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to
design/develop/deliver technology and processes for assigned functions/
platforms
* Serving as a conduit between the Agile team and DCBMO leadership as well
as other stakeholders
* Develop deep understanding of customer, user and DCBMO needs with respect
to the product in development
* Gathering and managing feature requests from other business stakeholders
* Working with leadership to lead prioritization of requests and
maintenance of a single, comprehensive product backlog
* Defining and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review
meetings
* Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or
process roadblocks
* Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers
and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business
value
* Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and
addressed by all constituents
* Works with relevant stakeholders to ensure advanced communication and any
associated activities (e.g., staff training, procedural updates) are
completed and aligned to sprint schedules
* Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines
are met while coordinating go/no-go reviews
* Coordinates drafting of user acceptance testing scripts, test execution
and maintains test result repository/user sign-offs for compliance
purposes
* Facilitates release communication activities (pre & post implementation)
and leads command center planning/activities for major releases
* Coordinates post-implementation monitoring and defect logging/resolution
* Provides leadership for post-implementation retrospective reviews
* Enhances/ monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement
opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
Locations Preferred locations are Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, Charlotte, NC,
Raleigh, NC, or Fort Mill, SC but will consider other locations within the
Wells Fargo footprint on a case by case basis.

Required_Qualifications
* 5+ years of product management experience, product development
experience, or a combination of both

requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
* Knowledge and understanding of technology testing user acceptance testing
including planning, strategy, script creation, and execution
* Ability to gather and write Business Requirement Definitions (BRD)

Other_Desired_Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in waterfall, Agile Kanban and Scrum SDLC
methodologies
* Knowledge and experience with consumer credit bureau reporting, dispute
processing and associated laws (FCRA, FACTA) is preferable
* Ability to successfully work through ambiguity
* Ability to create and deliver presentations to management and senior
leaders

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week
schedule.
