An award-winning high-rise developer is growing their development team. They have two key landmark projects that require a dedicated Project Architect to take lead on these highly anticipated projects in the heart of Toronto. Both projects are mixed-use high-rise residential developments with a focus on high-end details and design.
With your previous project management experience, you will take ownership of project scope, budget and schedule. You will collaborate and ensure communication is effective between the departments of design, planning, construction, and sales & marketing. And, with your previous architecture background you will liaise and direct external architecture teams to ensure the design is in line with the objectives of the project with a strong adherence to details. This is a key role within the company, with executive visibility and long-term progression and stable project flow.
