Our client is a multi award-winning Real Estate office and is recognized as one of the Most successful boutique offices within Sydney's Hill's District. In the industry, our client believes that professionalism coupled with a high standard of service and knowledge has provided the perfect formula for success.  Their strong property management division is seeking a Property Manager to work alongside their dynamic and innovative team.
 
The Role:

Monday- Friday - this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a local based portfolio. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Support a Senior Property Manager with approximately 130 properties 
  • Effectively liaise with tenants 
  • Attending Tribunals
  • Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Complete repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears control
  • Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
  • Working towards targets and KPI's
The Candidate:
  • You will have 1 years' experience in Property Management 
  • A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License 
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills 
  • You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
