Job Description

Automotive Care Strategy:

  • Distributors : Ensure distributors have appropriate growth plan for TOTAL Automotive Care shops

  • Independent Workshops / High Street : Propose marketing strategies to develop sales and ensure loyalty to our brands

  • TQAC : Ensure and follow proper implementation of the TQAC concept at standalone sites from selection, to implementation, profitability and quality monitoring. Work closely together with the APMO Retail department to define strategy, concept and tools

  • Retail Stations : Support APMO Retail department to push Lubricants & Car Care Products sales in the network. Support Affiliates and Distributors to push Lubricants & Car Care Products in non-Total network as well.

 

Digital, analytics and Data Management:

  • Work with Digital Team in APMO and Total Lubricants to create and implement digital tools to serve business growth.

  • Work with Prices and Revenue Manager in APMO to ensure price positioning and value chain is relevant and dynamic

 

Brand policy, Brand awareness and Product Management

  • Work together with APMO commercial communication teams to ensure brand visibility and efficient use of budget

  • Coordinate product launching projects, define product portfolio for channels with affiliates, Total Lubricants and relevant APMO technical support.

Affiliate Support

  • Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget

Candidate profile

  • Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.

  • Minimum  5-10  years of relevant experience in a regional marketing, or FMCG or a sales role, preferably in the automotive/lubricant sector

  • In depth knowledge in strategic marketing, range/brand  management, and sales management 

  • Knowledgeable in marketing methodologies, different marketing parameters and lubricant technologies

  • Strong  engagement skills to thrive in a matrix, multi-racial, culturally diverse organization

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
