Are you passionate about conducting research and development experiments and solving the world’s consumer problems in a state of art research facility?

As an Associate Scientist in Products Research you will conduct research in the area of grooming and hair removal. You will conduct research testing new products and technologies, understanding consumers' habits and practices to derive meaningful consumer insights. You will be responsible for synthesizing learning's, communicating results and observations, and partnering with global multi-functional teams to deliver winning initiatives to the market.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Design, execute, and analyze consumer tests
  • Understand consumer needs and work with multi-functional teams to develop new strategies to delight our consumers
  • Partner with technologists to develop and test out prototypes
  • Capture key insights and technical findings from research projects and share results & recommendations in a clear succinct manner
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, User Experience design, User Interface design or related fields

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
  • Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context and business landscape to deliver the required outcomes
  • Effective oral and written communication skills is a must
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and uses data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
  • The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
