Key Responsibilities
    • Identify customer needs, triggers and barriers that affect behaviour and act as the voice of the customer. In addition, you’ll be responsible for pulling together an extensive amount of customer data collected and held by various teams across the business to create an accurate and visual picture of our customer base.
    • Serve as a critical link between marketing and the broader business, helping to provide insights that can shape our roadmap and marketing direction, as well as helping to ensure that everyone knows who are Zip Pay, Zip Money, Merchants and Zip Business customers. The ability to synthesise and communicate insights to the team is paramount. 
    • You will work with external research agencies, behavioural consultancies, panel providers, advertising partners to gather insights about the BNPL (Buy now, Pay Later) category, potential commercial opportunities, identify new and improved customer experiences, market insights and competitor analysis.
    • Support the Director, Global Marketing Research on project management of multiple projects across ANZ, UK and US markets including Brand Health tracker, Pre/Post Campaign Evaluation, New markets expansion, Loyalty and Segmentation
    • Drive NPS studies at various touchpoints, customer journey research and deep dive projects in line with business needs and priorities 
    • Conduct ad hoc quantitative analysis as required, using Excel, Android or Q
    • Prepare stakeholder presentations and deliverables. Blend internal analytics to create holistic audience insights then confidently communicate findings to the business, often with tight turnaround times
    • Cultivate strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product and Strategy and external agency stakeholders.
    • You are commercially minded and have the ability to create and oversee service agreements with ease.
    • Be an internal advocate of data-driven marketing, ensuring learning and awareness throughout the organisation
