In 2019, the firm doubled its top line in APAC and are now looking for a Sales Engineering (SE) Director to lead the APAC region.
about the job
Reporting to the SVP/GM for APAC based out of Singapore. Your key focus would be to:
- Establish strategic direction for the team. Implement and execute guidelines for SE organisation in APAC.
- Foster collaboration across the region, build and lead effective teams committed to organisational goals; encourage collaboration, use teams to address relevant business and customer goals
- Develop an SE infrastructure that crafts an environment for Partner development, and builds a closer channel partner relationship at the account level
skills and experience required
- 15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading the sales engineering function of a leading multinational organisation across the region
- Profound knowledge in the relevant technologies such as: Mobile Computing, Sophisticated Data Capture, Mobility Software applications, wired and wireless networking technologies
- Proven track record in positively driving sales across enterprise technology MNCs
- Strong business ethics, values and flexibility to travel 50% across the region
