Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be a part of Global Salesforce Admin team who supports a highly customized Salesforce.com org and its 2000 internal users. You will be responsible for all aspects of the application administration aimed at improving existing business processes, addressing new business needs and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be working with internal business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Finance), IT and Product teams on projects of various sizes.
For this role you will have strong experience working as a Salesforce.com Administrator. You can understand the data model and the data flow in Salesforce.com as well as between Salesforce.com and other systems. You will also u nderstand established business rules and business processes and how they are reflected in Salesforce.com
