Your Role; Your role as a Salesforce Trainer will be an integral part of my clients growing practice, you will be assisting the Salesforce Project Manager on a change adoption and training piece to support them over 3 months. This organisation will be going through a global Salesforce Migration (Classic to Lightning), so the key aspects of this role will include upskilling and training their internal staff through this change adoption to result in an increase of user adoption and return on investment.
Responsibilities to include;
- Outstanding knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
- Previous role in managing and developing strategies to meet requirements
- Experience working with stakeholders/ clients
- To create a full training plan for the organisation
- Design workshops and identify opportunities for collaboration
- Assist regional team Salesforce super users with ongoing adoption and change
