Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of design or branding in digital and/or tech.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of thought leadership, marketing insights, and consumer trends.

  • Ability to work on projects with minimal guidance, and with attention to detail and process.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In this role, you’ll be working with creative, forward-thinkers to manage communications for Google’s thought leadership team that serves many of the company’s brand advertisers. You’ll coordinate and manage various aspects of global communications for Advanced Brand Acceleration Team (ABAT) thought leadership, including a central sales hub and regular communications to seller. You will evaluate the current system for outreach and propose solutions to improve report usage, scale engagement, and create consistent identity and visibility.

  • Manage a central Sales Hub, proposing creative solutions, and maintaining the hub as a repository for sharing insights and best practices.

  • Manage migration to new platform Connect Sales, serving as the point-of-contact between Advanced Brand Acceleration Team (ABAT) and Sales Hub PMs. Advocate for ABAT needs, help rebuild the platform, and keep ABAT teams informed of progress and best practices along each phase.

  • Conduct analyses of Sales Hub performance to track reach performance, team performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Grow the ABAT review program through recruitment, partnerships, and outreach. Help foster existing relationships with reviewers to encourage participation.

  • Submit scale reports and capture feedback, and create best practices to share back with teams.
