Key Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver exceptional private residential landscapes
• Manage a dedicated team of Landscape Architects and designers
• Provide mentorship and guidance
• Work closely with clients and builders to ensure intended outcomes are met
• Run several projects concurrently and delegate across the team
• Take charge of project programming and timelines

Skills and Experience

• Oustanding design portfolio
• Recognised qualifications in Landscape Architecture (AILA membership beneficial)
• Experience working with high-end clients
• Proven track record in leading by example and mentoring staff
• Ability to manage projects and deliverables within required timeframes
• End-to-end project delivery
