Will You Be Doing?

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to determine the workforce talent development needs. Leads, owns, and expands the Nationwide Children's Hospital . and.ldquo;Grow

Our Own.and.rdquo; program which focuses on internal employee growth and development. Responsible for the Tuition Assistance and Scholarship Programs and oversight of day-to-day administration. Establishes and maintains relationships with colleges, universities, community training programs, school to work programs, and grant funded initiatives, etc.

Coordinates and implements talent and career development events. Manages the workforce talent development program budget including reviewing proposals, monitoring expenditures and financial planning. QualificationsWhat

Previous program management experience required.

Certification in career counseling, coaching methodology desired

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient in MS Office. Career Counseling, Knowledge of
