Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

1.) Ensure that day to day transnational accounting is performed accurately and in a timely basis.

2.) Monthly reconciliation of current account balances and bank reconciliations.

3.) Maintain monthly closing of account.

4.) Investigate and resolve AP, AR, GL issues (dispute resolution) with internal and external customers.

5.) Coordinate with auditor and answer queries, schedule audit work.

6.) Perform accounts receivable or payable function for local and overseas entities.

7.) Manage cash flow and collection.

8.) Undertake any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

1.) LCCI or degree required in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields

2.) Min 2 years work experience as Accounting Assistant.

3.) Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Words) and MYOB software, or ERP system.

4.) Good oral and written communication skills in order to liaise with external and internal clients.

5.) Ability and willingness to work under pressure and with several cases concurrently.
