Will be a shipping and marine insurance lawyer at the 1-4 year level.

Your role

Will see you act for cargo insurers, transit intermediaries and airlines at this mid-tier law firm

The cases you will be involved in include subrogated recoveries on behalf of cargo insurers and transit intermediaries; personal injury claims on behalf of international airlines; and commercial shipping agreements.  

Also act for marine liability insurers defending claims against freight forwarders and carriers.
