A proprietary platform connects individuals with this firm's highly trained licensed providers who deliver weekly sessions by phone or video supported by an integrated digital experience. Members also have access to digital support programs. Responsibilities:

  • The Solutions Manager is a senior leader of a product/solution team responsible for driving the ongoing strategy, implementation and quality of firms' core business capabilities

  • You will be responsible for overall success of our Salesforce Healthcloud solution including system management, reporting, vendor management and data management

  • Owns the roadmap development and manages delivery expectations by building proactive, responsive relationships with the business to ensure alignment of objectives with technology solutions

  • Proactively aligns with business stakeholders to promote process improvements in line with industry practices to meet business objectives

  • Assesses the application stack and technology landscape to evaluate new/existing technologies to further leverage

  • Monitors and oversees adherence to leading Change Management practices, tollgate reviews, testing standards and proven project methodology

  • Oversee the success of the product and business, creating internal visibility and business analysis for OKR and business reviews

  • Provides leadership on HealthCloud strategies

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent work experience

  • Certified Salesforce Consultant or Architect a plus

  • 3 years of Agile, preferably in a medium to large healthcare environment

  • 3 years leading multiple full-cycle implementations of SalesForce HealthCloud

  • We have Data scientists and analysts, but you can (and will) do some analysis using SQL and/or Excel

  • You can lead without being a direct manager

  • You know how to push work forward and keep things moving

  • You are a great communicator

  • You have many audiences - engineers, designers, operations team, etc.
