You’ll be responsible for providing support to our Foreign exchange (FX) team in Toronto, Ontario. We’ll look to you to demonstrate high-level administrative and operational support to our Canadian FX teams. In addition, you will play a key role in ensuring our FX teams drive results all while providing a high level of awareness and competence at the organizational level. Indeed, you’ll take ownership of issues and lead relationships and results.

For such an important role, you will have 1-2 years of experience within a fast-paced customer service environment. In addition, you’ll have a demonstrated ability to consistently meet SLA agreements, demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and wield solid skills in MS Office applications. A Bachelors degree is preferred, although not required.
