As a Lease Operations Specialist you will process various lease functions as well as will provide excellent customer service by completing assignments efficiently. In addition, you must maintain department productivity standards, track and submit daily productivity and appropriate general journal and general ledger transactions. You will also be required to participate in various departmental projects, testing as requested by management.
Responsibilities may include:
- Re-booking and Reactivations
- Lease EOT billing preparation, reconciliation, audit, and adjustments
- Vehicle sale proceeds processing, expense validation, reconciliation, account application, and fair market value adjustments.
- Daily handling of miscellaneous exceptions related to the financial support process
Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated team player Ability to prioritize Previous work experience in a fast paced environment where meeting department goals and productivity was required.
Knowledge of CAF Operating systems such as CALS, ALS, VLS, iCAF, QUEST and Recovery One.
Proficiency in verifying the completeness of data, entering date according to a specified format and preparing production reports.
Ability to be successful in an ever changing environment and ability to adapt to those changes quickly with minimal errors.
