Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Inventory control & management

• Maintain a 500-600 square feet store for high technology industrial equipment components
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; initiate re-order as required; tracks orders delivery date and investigates problems
• In charge of internal company stock-in and stock-out
• Perform periodic stock take; reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports

B. Store duties

• Receive, unpack, QC, label & pack goods into store following company standards
• Key in incoming supplier goods document into company computer ERP system
• Pack goods fit for local delivery or international shipment
• Scheduling courier for incoming and outgoing shipment
• Drive and delivery of goods within Singapore when required
• Arrange store, packaging material, and assembly staging area; label store shelves; perform housekeeping with standards eventually towards 5S housekeeping

Others:

• Help in parts assembly, repair or QC (some technical background in electronics or mechanical engineering a plus)
• Provide help to the engineering operations on occasion for on-site jobs and transport of heavier items

Requirements:

• ITE/Certificate in Inventory/Warehouse Management
• Class 3 driving license a must
• Proficient in written & spoken English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to work independently without frequent supervision
• Prior industry experience a plus
