Currently seeking a Strata Assistant to slot into this high performing team, this is a role for a talented individual looking to step up their career with a forward thinking team.
The Role:
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service. Working closely with a well-established Strata Manager, you will exceed all clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for:
- Day to day administration management supporting x2 Senior Strata Managers
- Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners and Tenants
- Organise repairs & maintenance
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Strata Administration
- Attending AGM Meetings
- Ideally have Real Estate, Strata experience
- Well versed with StrataMaster
- Willing to obtain Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communicator – both written & spoken
- Strong administration skills
- Work close to home
