Additional Responsibilities May Include

The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and supports the implementation of Talent Acquisition initiatives as directed by the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition. In close partnership with the Campus Recruitment Project Manager, this role will support campus initiatives, including tracking all campus/community event requests and completing registrations, while also managing logistics and outcomes reporting. The Coordinator will also serve as a liaison with community/high school partners to foster candidate pipelines and connect the community to our opportunities, including any related expense tracking, travel arrangements, etc. Beyond campus and community initiatives, this individual must be incredibly detail and action-oriented, with superb organizational skills as they will oversee our immigration processes, as well as partner with external vendors to optimize our partnerships.

Serving as the lead for logistics and coordination of hiring events (virtual & in-person)
Coordinating and monitoring key recruitment budget expenditures, invoices, & metrics
Partnering with marketing on recruitment event promotional efforts

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of OFCCP recruitment practices, familiarity with visa sponsorship processes, and working knowledge of CRM/ATS systems. Knowledge of system reporting functionality or excel data analysis experience is key. In support of our rapidly growing recruitment function, candidates with experience navigating matrixed organizations or rapidly growing functions are highly preferred.

Qualifications For The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator Role

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordinator experience.
- Requires the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
- Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
