Talent and Culture Program Manager
In this role you will be responsible for tasks such as planning, coordinating and writing communications required to deliver and maintain our talent and culture programs and projects. Additionally, you will maintain records, compile statistics and create reports and presentations.
Manage elearning platform; enrollment and user record management
Compile, analyze data and produce reports
End-of class survey and evaluation management
Manage Tuition Reimbursement Program
Provide event support such as booking facilities, instructors/presenters, and catering
Virtual event support (setup and technical production)
Manage department projects; annual recognition event and engagement survey
Vendor sourcing and relationship management
Manage recognition programs
Construct communications and prepare presentations
Create and administer Intranet content
Manage incoming department communications, internal customer e-mails and phone lines
Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes
Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.

1-3 years of relevant program/project management experience, or equivalent
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field is preferred
Virtual event production (Teams, WebEx)
Advanced skills in a Microsoft Office365 environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge and/or experience with Learning Management System an asset
