As a fully remote team (even before COVID), we work flexible hours. You will be free to work hours that suit you and your schedule. We're all adults and don't believe in the 9am-5pm. There will also be flexibility with regard to how many hours you can work - we will need a minimum of 10 hours per week but there will be extra work available, should you wish to work more hours.

We advise startups and high growth technology companies on all aspects of People + Culture (which we consider broader than Human Resources or HRM). We are genuinely dedicated to helping our founders and teams understand and commit to building diverse, socially responsible workplaces with inclusive, equitable cultures. We're really well known for our approach to hiring, which is a core problem for any technology startup, but we do far more.
 
We are searching for a freelance, experienced Technical Sourcer to assist with the sourcing and engagement.

In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial conversations ... including evaluating talent through interviews, and work with them through the process. 

You'll need a detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent research, analysis and communication skills, and good interviewing skills. This isn't about searching Linkedin and sending a few emails.. We won't tell you how to do the job but this is a role for a highly technology driven, experienced research professional. 

What we're looking for: 

  • Previous experience, either in-house or agency, in a role focused on intelligent, creative sourcing strategies. 
  • Extensive experience hiring software engineers, or similar. 
  • Global experience will be highly regarded. 
  • Highly analytical, fast-paced research skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including engagement, negotiation and rapport building. 
  • Effective time management skills.
