A) Logistics of APMEC Main Conference

  • Preparing workshop materials for the 20 pre and post workshops of APMEC

  • APMEC Opening Ceremony: To source for performance for opening ceremony and arrange the necessary logistics with the online platform vendor

  • Manage participants' enquiries

B) Speaker Management for all events

  • Speakers' Bio and abstracts, slides, audio-visual and other

C) Speaker Management for all events

  • Speakers' Bio and abstracts, slides, audio-visual and other

 

Qualifications


 
  1. Diploma

  2. Knowledge on operating the AV equipment, such as laptops, web camera, microphones

  3. Experience in conference management is a must, preferably virtual conference

  4. Confident, team-player
