Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience with analytics, video, marketing technology, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis in a client-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data-driven attribution, cross-device measurement, conversion tracking, geo-experiments, online-to-offline measurement, offline data import and implementing analytics features.

  • Experience working with internal, cross-functional teams to execute on a go-to-market strategy.

  • Experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.

  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Video, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform.

  • Strong communications, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills

As a Measurement Lead, you'll lead the Consumer Goods, Government and Entertainment Sector and verticals efforts, in order to drive business growth and client business outcomes by improving clients’ video measurement maturity. You will build and execute go-to-market plans and partner with Analytical Leads to accelerate adoption of measurement priorities.

Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

  • Drive priority measurement initiatives for the verticals and scale expertise to analytical leads and other teams for key measurement solutions.

  • Provide measurement product expertise to analytical leads, specialists, and pods in order for them to position Google measurement solutions accurately in-market.

  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams to offer measurement solutions to customers and recommended actions to key advertiser stakeholders.

  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Global Product Lead teams to provide product feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and develop cross-channel insights to present to advertisers.
