About The Role:
Reporting to the CSO, the VP, Partner Channels will be responsible for creating
a go-to-market Partner strategy for Vena to win the right fit customers. You
will help shape Partner Sales organization into a high-growth, high-performance
and customer-centric team that consistently meets and exceeds ARR targets and

Your Impact:
* Collaborate with the CSO to develop and shape our Partner channels to
drive scalable sales growth and maximize profitability in a dynamic
* Work cross functionally to develop a go-to-market Partner strategy to
position Vena as an industry leader and help expand our Partner
* Continue to grow, train, and mentor a strong Partner Channel
* Have responsibility for the growth of existing partnerships, and
exploration and identification of new partnerships to maximise sales and
* Participate in the development with the Global Partner Strategy &
Operations to develop, establish and implement Channel Sales vision and
* Serve as business owner for company Partner Channel Sales programs,
policies and operations
* Forge and maintain strategic executive-level relationships with the
largest and most critical Partner organizations
* Provide thought leadership internally and externally at the senior
leadership level
* Identify, prioritize and develop sales execution plans for materially
impactful strategic solutions and opportunities
* Develop strategies to head off potential issues and ensure these are
included in Channel Sales strategy and tactic development
* Help identify new target markets and partners, determine compatibility of
business relationships and develop execution and performance reporting
* Drive, plan and execute on sales programs, ensuring their alignment and
support of channel and segment needs
* Collaborate with internal business leaders to evaluate and enhance both
internal and external processes
* Provide customer, business and industry insight to resolve complex and
major/ significantly impactful situations
* Work with the People team to drive functional succession and replacement
* Model Vena s CORE values and create a culture of success, high-
performance and ongoing business goal achievement

What You Bring to the Team:
* 7+ years of sales leadership experience leading and scaling high-
performing in a high-growth, SaaS environment, preferably in a CPM/FP&A
* Minimum of 3 years of partner channel sales experience in a business-to-
business sales environment
* Proven track record of building and operating a BD/Channel function.
* The ability and desire to deliver results at both a strategic and
operational level
* Proven track record of meeting & exceed sales quota targets
* A metrics driven, data analytics and process mindset with the ability to
build organizational capability to deliver predictable, repeatable and
scalable partner channel results
* Proven ability to attract, develop, retain and motivate
* Ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* An inquisitive nature and focus on continuous improvement
* Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of
the organization
* Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
* Desire to exceed expectations, strong organizational skills and a
results-oriented mindset
* High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability with strong
