- Monday to Friday
- 2pm to 6pm (Flexibility required)
- On- Site Training Provided
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting with compiling driver paperwork
- Administration support
- Data entry into Excel
- Answering general inquiries
- Filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Liaising with the Transport Team
- Proven admin and customer service experience in Logistics (Highly desirable)
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate MS Excel and good typing skills
