Job Summary
The College Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager is a key role for the College of Life and Environmental Sciences.
Reporting to the College Head of Marketing and Communications, the postholder will be responsible for developing and directing the student recruitment strategies for the Schools in collaboration with the academic leads and the Head of Marketing & Communications, also working closely with colleagues in the College and central teams. They will lead a team that delivers student recruitment activity for Schools, ensuring dynamic plans are in place and adapted as required.
The postholder will act as the Professional Services lead for UG and PGT admissions and student recruitment for the College, working closely with academic leads and directing activity to ensure the Schools reaches their targets. They will be the school’s main point of contact in the Student Recruitment team and build strong relationships with key people in the schools and College. They will work closely with schools and central admissions, reporting regularly to the Head of School / Head of College / Director of Education.
