About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Sydney team, providing pro-active and comprehensive executive support to our CEO and Executive Chair. This role is a highly visible, full-time position, based in Sydney CBD.
This role will suit you if you enjoy a varied day and are effective at multi-tasking whilst working in a fast-paced environment alongside a number of likeminded professionals. Day to day you will be supporting with comprehensive diary and email management, travel and accommodation bookings, expenses, events, projects, and invoice management as well as general administration duties. You will also be responsible for managing our receptionist and Group Office.
To be successful in this position you will have at least 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant position, supporting executive leaders and have an interest in learning more about the mining industry. You will have previously supported multiple executive level individuals and have extensive experience with diary, event, and email management as well as extensive travel booking (including international/remote) and expenses.
