This role has responsibilities for all aspects of system operations as it relates to E2E Customer Service Processes, including returns, DSCSA compliance, order process and monitoring controls of trade and distribution interfaces. Specifically, this includes a strong understanding of the GSK returns good policy, shipment compliance, establishment of system set up and controls to ensure the accurate and complete processing of orders and returns. This role will have an understanding of DSCSA requirements as it relates to system operations and compliance.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years previous relevant work experience in Pharma or Compliance environment
  • Detail oriented and ability to adhere to procedures, standards and policies in a regulated environment
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic team environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of basic data analytics, including excel analytical functions and relational database reporting tools/applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the following system: SAP ERP (including reporting functionality)
  • Working knowledge of validated system and associated testing including defect management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the requirements of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act
  • Experience working with reporting tools and processing data analytics
  • Demonstrated success in area of business process improvement
  • Understanding of Electronic Data Exchange documents (EDI) specifically EDI 856 ASN

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage team of system analysts responsible for monitoring trade and distribution interfaces to resolve issues (EDI, eCommerce, returns, customer master, distribution feeds, and Track and Trace vendor)
  • Escalate, document, root cause and resolve system issues with minimal downtime and disruption to the business (e.g., master data issues, tax system failures, SAP functionality/configuration issues, EDI/EPCIS failures)
  • Work cross-functionally to partner with business partners to provide expert knowledge and support for systems utilized by Trade & Distribution (eCommerce, order management, returns, distribution, customers master, DSCSA compliance)
  • Consult and advise users and business partners to recommend workarounds and solutions to unique situations
  • Support transition of electronic customer transaction information from Vendor/SAP through EDI
  • Process Audits for returns, DSCSA, and system related controls
  • Provide strategic support to the Channel Service Center, Contract Development, and Finance (RAR & O2C) regarding trade distribution impacts (product returns, ordering, new trading partners implementations and impact to RAR insight)

Partner with matrix stakeholders on launches, divestitures
