Applications are invited for a post of Clinical Liaison Manager based in Aston Medical School, College of Health and Life Sciences.  This is a full time position and the postholder will be involved in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to support the key areas of clinical liaison and audit of NHS Local Education Providers (LEPs) and other private providers of clinical placement.   

The post holder will work closely with senior key internal and external stakeholders to organise and follow up on regular audit visits, analyse data returns, and monitor the effectiveness of the audit policy.

You will also work closely with the Dean of Medical Education and Director of External Operations to develop all ongoing processes and procedures.

Applicants must be able to work independently and have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing systems.  The role will include significant engagement with external stakeholders and the public, and the postholder must be able to forge relationships with a wide range of individuals.

You will have strong organisational and time management skills, be able to handle a diverse and varied workload and be self-motivated.
