An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Library in providing high quality library enquiry and user support services during evenings and weekends. 

This varied role will suit someone enthusiastic about working with students and a positive approach to customer service.  You will staff a range of service points skills responding to a range of enquiries in person, over the phone and online; work with colleagues across the Library team; complete administrative tasks; and have the opportunity to support and contribute library service development.  

You will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. You will have good IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, the ability to work well with colleagues and students of all backgrounds

This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working. The hours of these posts will be between 15:00-21:15 on weekdays and between 08.00-19:00 on weekends. 

There are 3 part time posts available. The part time hours are as follows 14 hours per week, 20.5 hours per week and 21.75 hours per week.
