Manage investments in the Drexel University endowment fund, under the guidance of the Drexel University Board of Trustees Investment Committee. Implement asset allocation policy as well as retain, monitor, and select investment managers. Track and source new investment opportunities; participate in due diligence process for new and existing investments; lead investment reporting process, including creating internal performance reports and managing the investment performance reporting process with external consultants; perform risk analyses on the investment portfolio using knowledge of the Caissa risk analytics system; train junior staff members on performance reporting and risk analytics systems and processes; act as department contact on all issues related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing; analyze investment manager regulatory filings, including Form ADV and proxy reports; and work with various ESG data providers including MSCI ESG, Bloomberg ESG Data, DJSI, and ISS. Position 100% remote, can work anywhere in the continental U.S.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and four (4) years of investment experience implementing asset allocation policy; retaining, monitoring, and selecting investment managers; participating in due diligence process for new and existing investments; and performing risk analyses on the investment portfolio using knowledge of the risk analytics system; as well as three (3) years of experience working with the Caissa risk analytics platform; and working with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investment principles and third-party ESG data providers including MSCI ESG, Bloomberg ESG Data, DJSI, and ISS.
