We are looking for an experienced Technology Programme/Senior Project Manager with a background in management of financial systems, data, and are experienced in delivering significant business and technical change projects. You are multidisciplinary, adaptable and have the flexibility to work across organisational boundaries, operating effectively in both technology infrastructure and system development project landscapes.

About the role
You will effectively manage senior stakeholder engagement and change management, supporting business leads across all affected directorates in planning business change. You are passionate about delivering successful outcomes to time and budget and have a solid understanding of income processing systems, data, software, development, and cloud technology, conversing with ease with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will be responsible for scoping, planning, and delivering a crucial back-office income processing replacement project aligned to the organisation’s wider transformation strategy. You are an expert in programme and project management and will work with the wider change community to establish best practice and lead in its implementation.
About you
You have knowledge and experience of financial systems implementations You will have a project management qualification (i.e. APMQ, Prince 2, MSP or equivalent) You will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of leading large complex projects, including budget management, planning, and managing interrelated project dependencies You come from a technical background and have Agile / Scrum Master skills You have an ability to deliver on target to tight deadlines and to specified quality You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
